The Global Senior Recruiter will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment across multiple regions, with a strong focus on European markets. This role requires a seasoned recruitment professional with 7+ years of experience in global talent acquisition, ideally across industries such as Technology, Fintech, Retail, or Consulting. The successful candidate will be adept at developing sourcing strategies tailored to different geographies, collaborating with hiring teams, and ensuring a seamless and culturally sensitive candidate experience.Key Responsibilities:Lead the full recruitment lifecycle for roles across Europe, as well as other international markets as needed.Partner with global hiring managers to craft tailored job descriptions and recruitment strategies based on local talent market dynamics.Leverage international sourcing platforms, professional networks, and recruitment tools to identify and attract top-tier candidates.Conduct initial screenings and interviews, assessing both technical fit and cultural alignment across different regions.Ensure a consistently positive candidate experience, respecting local customs and communication styles.Manage offer negotiation and onboarding processes while aligning with regional compliance and labor laws.Maintain accurate and up-to-date data in the ATS and recruitment dashboards.Track global talent trends and contribute to strategic workforce planning.Mentor and guide junior recruiters or recruitment coordinators as needed. 7+ years of recruitment experience, with a strong emphasis on international hiring (especially EMEA).Strong sourcing expertise using tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and niche job boards.Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence global hiring teams.Familiarity with international employment practices, particularly in Europe.Exceptional communication, organizational, and negotiation skills.Proficiency in English is a must; additional European languages are a plus.Tech-savvy with experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR platforms.
