Job Description
The Quality Analyst is responsible for monitoring and evaluating the quality of products or services. This includes conducting audits, analyzing data, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing quality control measures. The Quality Analyst will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement quality assurance processes and procedures. Responsibilities Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures. Conduct audits to assess compliance with quality standards. Analyze data and identify trends and areas for improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement quality assurance measures. Provide training and support to teams on quality processes and procedures. Monitor and analyze customer feedback and complaints. Contribute to the continuous improvement of quality management systems. Prepare and present reports on quality performance.
Bachelor’s degree in quality management or a related field. Proven experience in quality assurance or quality control. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of quality management systems and processes. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
