The successful candidate will be responsible for organizing, coordinating, and overseeing the delivery of service-based training programs. This role requires strong organizational and communication skills, the ability to manage training schedules, and a passion for delivering high-quality training experiences in the service industry. Create lesson plans and hands-on activities. Maintain an organized, safe environment. Teach and enforce safety protocols. Evaluate performance and provide feedback. Ensure tools are in working order. Keep up with new woodworking technologies. Set up and maintain the workshop. Work with other educators and promote teamwork. Guide students on career and education opportunities in woodworking. Qualifications Required Bachelor’s degree in Technology Education, Industrial Design, or a related field. PGCE, QTS, or equivalent teaching license. Minimum of 3 years’ experience teaching Wood Working Technology or related subjects. Fluency in English (additional languages are an advantage). Desired Attributes Passion for woodworking and hands-on technical education. Strong classroom management and safety awareness.
