Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled WhatsApp Chatbot Developer with experience in building and managing chatbot solutions. The ideal candidate should be proficient in chatbot development, data analysis from user responses, and automation workflows.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and optimize a WhatsApp chatbot for customer interactions.
• Analyze user responses and extract valuable insights.
• Improve chatbot functionality and enhance user experience.
• Work on additional automation and data processing tasks.
• Collaborate on evaluating and improving the chatbot’s performance.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in WhatsApp chatbot development (e.g., using Twilio, WhatsApp API, Dialogflow, or other chatbot platforms).
• Strong skills in data analysis and processing user responses.
• Ability to integrate chatbots with various APIs and databases.
• Good problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Available to work part-time for an initial trial period.
