Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to safety protocols to minimize accidents.Manage inventory control processes, including stock counts and reconciliations, to maintain accurate inventory levels and prevent loss.Train, mentor, and schedule warehouse staff to optimize productivity while fostering a positive and collaborative team environment.Implement and monitor quality control measures to ensure all incoming and outgoing products meet company standards.Coordinate with logistics and transportation teams to ensure timely and accurate shipments, enhancing customer satisfaction.Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory movements and generate reports for management review.Conduct regular inspections of equipment and facilities to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.Develop and refine standard operating procedures (SOPs) for warehouse processes to improve efficiency and reduce errors.Resolve any issues related to shipments, inventory discrepancies, or equipment malfunctions promptly to maintain operational flow.Collaborate with upper management to strategize improvements and cost-saving initiatives within warehouse operations. CFS Experience is mandatoryMinimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in a warehouse or distribution center, showcasing progressive responsibility.Strong analytical skills to assess data and make informed decisions that improve warehouse processes.
