Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse In Charge with expertise in spare parts for concrete equipment and machinery. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of warehouse operations, including inventory management, logistics coordination, and team supervision.

Responsibilities:
• Manage inventory of spare parts for concrete equipment and machinery, ensuring accurate stock levels and timely replenishment.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to procure spare parts, negotiating prices and terms to optimize costs.
• Supervise warehouse staff, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
• Implement efficient warehouse processes to streamline operations and minimize downtime.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
• Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory movements and generate reports.
• Collaborate with other departments to fulfill orders and resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including internal teams and external partners.
• Monitor and analyze warehouse performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Warehouse In Charge or similar role, preferably in the spare parts sector for concrete equipment and machinery.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse procedures, inventory management practices, and logistics principles.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
• Proficiency in using warehouse management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (preferred).
• Certification in warehouse management or logistics (desired).
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks accordingly.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
