Interview Date: Wednesday, 21st May 2025
Time: 9 am – 6 pm
Location: Office 2403, Adecco Middle East, Citadel Tower, Business Bay, P.O. Box 103949, Dubai, UAE.
Please note: Parking is not available at the venue. Candidates are kindly requested to use public transport or arrange for a drop-off service

Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse Helper for our client in UAE. Join our dynamic team at our Client’s Dark Stores (Retail outlets or distribution centers). The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing an array of duties such as receiving and processing incoming stock, picking, and filling orders from stock, packing, and shipping orders, managing, and organizing inventory, and maintaining a clean and organized dark store environment following the safety & security standards.
• 6 Days a week
• 10 Hours a day
• Rotational Shifts and Weekends
• Available immediately to join. Candidates either on cancelled or visit visa are preferred

Responsibilities:
• Loading and unloading of vehicles fast and accurate.
• Verify and sort the shipments as per the AWB data and forward it to the concerned party.
• Transfer and converting shipments to other units or deliver centers as per AWB data.
• Processing shipments based on the contract with the client (Packing, Data validation, matching the data with shipments etc.)
• Unload products at customer location and place in an appropriate storage facility (i.e.: cooler or dry storage area).
• Properly use double-count techniques to ensure accurate delivery of the product.
• Properly use unloading techniques to ensure the safety of the self and others and to eliminate damage to the product.
• Properly use accessory equipment such as ramps, load-locks, straps, and parking hand trucks to ensure safety and minimal maintenance costs.

Skills and Qualifications:
• Fluent in English (Reading, Writing, Speaking)
• Preferred experience in dark stores settings
• Ability to lift heavy objects
• Dark stores safety & security knowledge
• Strong attention to detail
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Good organizational skills
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
