Waiter/Waitress | For a 5-star Hotel in Dubai

Job Summary:

We are recruiting for Waiter/Waitress positions for prestigious 5-star hotel in Dubai. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional guest experiences by providing top-notch service in our dining establishments.

Job Responsibilities:

• Customer Service: Greet and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring their needs are met promptly and courteously.
• Order Taking: Take accurate food and beverage orders from guests and ensure their prompt and accurate delivery.
• Menu Knowledge: Maintain a thorough knowledge of the menu, including daily specials, ingredients, and preparation methods, to answer guest questions and make recommendations.
• Table Setup: Prepare tables with attention to detail, ensuring they are clean, properly set, and in accordance with the restaurant’s standards.
• Service Excellence: Serve food and beverages to guests with precision and care, adhering to service standards and etiquette.
• Upselling: Promote additional menu items and specials to enhance the guest experience and increase revenue.
• Billing and Payments: Accurately handle guest bills, process payments, and provide change as necessary.
• Cleanliness: Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the dining area, ensuring tables are promptly cleared and reset for the next guests.
• Teamwork: Collaborate with kitchen and other service staff to ensure seamless and efficient service.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a similar role in a high-end dining establishment is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
• Positive attitude and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest service.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.

Benefits and other criteria:

• Salary: AED 1000
• Food: 2 times duty meals
• Overtime: As per labor law
• Working Hours: Nine (9) hours per day, exclusive of one (1) hour break
• Accommodation: Provided by the company
• Transportation: Provided by the company
• Annual Leaves: Air ticket once every 2 years provided by the company
• Medical Insurance: As per labor law.
• Age: Must be between 21 to 35 years.
