Job Description For Waiter – Pool & Beach(HOZ62976) in Dubai,United Arab Emirates UAE. Position Summary:As a Pool & Beach Waiter, you will provide exceptional food and beverage service to guests lounging by the pool or enjoying the beach. Your goal is to deliver outstanding service with a smile, ensuring that guests are well taken care of and have a memorable experience.Key Responsibilities: Take orders from poolside and beachside guests, ensuring quick and accurate service Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining a friendly, positive attitude Keep pool and beach areas clean, organized, and stocked with necessary items Assist in maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and safety in the pool and beach area Ensure guests’ needs are met, and anticipate additional service requests Work closely with other staff to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and responsibly Maintain knowledge of menu offerings, special promotions, and signature cocktails Promote safety and health standards, particularly around the pool and beach Qualifications: Previous experience as a waiter/waitress or in a customer service role preferred Strong communication skills and a passion for guest service Ability to work in an outdoor environment, sometimes in direct sunlight or heat Ability to carry trays and handle food and beverage orders efficiently Must be able to stand for long periods and walk across the pool or beach area Knowledge of food and beverage, especially in resort settings, a plus Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
