What difference will you make?
Every Homeshare in place will mean that someone’s life is transformed. For example A chronically lonely person who’s despairing finally having some company An unpaid carer for a partner with health issues finally being able to leave the house and take a break An anxious person feeling much more relaxed because they know there’s someone else in the house at night; and their children feeling reassured because they live far away. An elderly person is able to remain in their home of 50 years rather than go to a care home
What are we looking for?
Experience 3 years+ of experience in marketing, ideally within B2B and within the corporate sector. Skills Experience in LinkedIn marketing, direct marketing, and event/webinar organisation. Communication Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to craft compelling messages for a corporate audience. Relationship Building Experience in building and managing relationships with corporate partners, media, and other stakeholders. Tech-Savvy Proficient in using marketing tools and platforms such as LinkedIn, email marketing software, wordpress and HubSpot.
What will you be doing?
Two Generations is a pioneering social enterprise dedicated to bridging the gap between generations through our innovative homeshare program. We pair older adults who have a spare room with younger people who need affordable housing, creating mutually beneficial living arrangements. Our model not only addresses the housing crisis but also combats loneliness and fosters intergenerational connections, providing companionship, support, and a sense of community to both parties. In addition to our core homeshare service, we are launching an exciting new initiative—a corporate employee benefit programme designed for companies that want to support their employees who are concerned about their older parents and have caregiving responsibilities. Through this programme, employees can access our homeshare service, which offers companionship and overnight support to their parents. This not only enhances the well-being of the employees by reducing the stress of caregiving but also ensures their loved ones are well-supported at home. We are seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Specialist to work with the Head of Marketing and support with the marketing and communications strategy for the corporate offering with focus on website content and email creation, including blogs and SM posts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for helping to develop and execute marketing strategies that will raise the profile of this offer, engage corporate partners, and drive business growth.
