Job Title Charity Registration Specialist-trustee (unpaid) Location Remote / Flexible About Us We are [brief description of your organization or initiative, e.g., “an arts-focused organization dedicated to supporting emerging artists, fostering community engagement, and promoting diversity in the arts”]. Our mission is to create meaningful social and cultural impact, and we are currently in the process of establishing our organization as a registered charity in UK. Key Responsibilities
• Provide guidance on the charity registration process in UK.
• Advise on the legal structure and governance of the charity to align with our mission and objectives.
• Draft or review governing documents, including the constitution and charitable objectives.
• Assist in preparing and submitting the charity registration application to the relevant authorities.
• Communicate with the charity commission or relevant regulatory body as required. What We’re Looking For
