Immediate Caretaker Required – Secondary School, South Liverpool
We are seeking a reliable, proactive, and experienced Caretaker to join our team at a large secondary school in South Liverpool. This is an immediate start position, and we are looking for someone who can hit the ground running.
We are offering a competitive pay rate of £13.68- 15/ hour (negotiable- based on experience).
Responsibilities:
• General site maintenance and repairs.
• Opening and closing the school premises.
• Ensuring health & safety standards are met.
• Supporting contractors and managing access to the site.
• Ground maintenance and cleanliness.
• Responding to urgent maintenance issues.

Requirements:
• Previous caretaker/site management experience (preferably in a school or similar setting).
• A good understanding of health & safety regulations.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Must Haves:
• Legal Right to Work in the UK: You must have the legal right to work in the UK.
• Enhanced Child DBS: You must have an Enhanced Child DBS check or be willing to undertake one (we can help with this).
