Plan, coordinate, and execute engineering projects from inception to completion.Develop project scopes, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.Create detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion.Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, manufacturing, and quality assurance.Prepare and present project status reports to management and stakeholders. Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices.Provide technical support and guidance to team members Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or related field). Proven experience as a Project Engineer or similar role.Strong knowledge of engineering principles, practices, and methodologies.Proficiency in project management software and tools.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work effectively in a team environment.Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
