ship mechanic, also known as a marine technician, is responsible for the maintenance and repair of a ship’s engines, systems, and equipment. Their responsibilities include:
Inspecting and diagnosing: Using operating manuals to inspect and diagnose issues with the ship’s engine, valves, gauges, and other components
Repairing: Performing repairs on the ship’s engines, electrical systems, and other components
Maintaining: Performing routine maintenance on the ship’s engines, systems, and equipment
Troubleshooting: Troubleshooting problems with the ship’s engines, electrical systems, and other components
Replacing: Replacing or repairing defective parts
Installing: Installing new or updated systems and components as needed Experience 2 – 3 Years
Salary 3 Lac To 4 Lac 50 Thousand P.A.
