Support the overall Operations Excellence program.Identify continuous improvement activities to produce bottom line risk and savings.Lead the culture of operational excellence in delivering the goals through cross-functional collaboration and implementation of process improvements. Be a catalyst for change, actively involved in process and organizational change and development. Impart subject matter expertise through mentoring and coaching of others in the organizationBreak down organizational barriers to ensure effective problem resolution.Evaluate processes and create appropriate standards; Document existing processes and conduct time studies to validate the metrics and measurement systems.Maintain close contact with the industry to bring best practices to the process.Work closely with OE Departments, operational leaders and Subject Matter Experts (SME’s) to gather data and quantify potential opportunities.Support the KPI systems throughout the organization.Monitor and analyse data and trends to identify potential opportunities, needs, issues and problems that could impact business results. 8 years of experience in Industrial Engineering I process Improvement or equivalent combination of education and experience, within a large industrial organization, preferably in the Oil and Gas industry. Prior experience leading a successful major change initiative across many functions highly desirable. Experience in Petrochemical Operations highly desirable.Applies analytical/quantitative approach to problem solving; knows how to obtain, transform, use data and comfortable with statistical concepts. Understands how to break down work into process steps, develops schedules and works well within time constraints.Ability to identify projects to improve organizational effectiveness, prioritize the opportunities, develop an implementation plan and use indirect influence skills to gain support for implementation from all stakeholders. Responsible for ensuring that key metrics are defined, developed, tracked and re-evaluated and that improvements have a measurable positive impact for each project. Demonstrate understanding and application of sound organizational effectiveness and change management principles. Comply with relevant HSE policies, procedures & controls and applicable legislation and sustainability guidelines in line with international standards, best practices and Company Code of Practices.
