Job Summary

We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused Travel Agent/Travel Consultant to assist clients in planning and booking their travel arrangements for one our client (Travel Agency) in Al Ain. If you enjoy helping people explore the world and have a background in the travel industry, this role is a great fit for you!

Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients with booking flights, hotels, car rentals, and vacation packages.
• Provide expert travel recommendations based on client preferences.
• Process payments, issue tickets, and manage travel documents.
• Handle itinerary changes, cancellations, and rescheduling requests.
• Stay up-to-date with travel regulations, trends, and promotions.
• Deliver excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Prior experience as a Travel Agent or in the tourism industry (not mandatory).
• Strong sales and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and efficiently manage bookings.
• Passion for travel and a customer-first approach.
