What You’ll Learn:
You’ll be trained in all areas of marketing and client engagement. This is a hands-on role where you’ll build your confidence and skillset while helping us grow our client base.
With full support and training, you will:
• Learn how to identify and connect with potential clients
• Gain experience using CRM systems and marketing tools
• Support campaigns and lead generation activities
• Represent ourselves and our clients professionally across various channels
• Shadow experienced team members and grow into your own role
Who We’re Looking For:
This is a trainee role, so we don’t expect you to have all the answers yet! But we do look for people who are:
• Confident communicators with a friendly, professional manner
• Motivated, positive, and ready to learn new skills
• Interested in marketing, sales, or the world of business
• Organised and able to manage time effectively
• Reliable team players who want to grow with the company
Previous experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, or sales is a bonus, but not essential.
