Job Title: Trade Marketing Manager

What You’ll Do:
As a Trade Marketing Manager, you’ll create and lead marketing plans to boost brand visibility and sales in stores. You’ll work closely with marketing, sales, and retail partners to deliver great in-store experiences and promotional campaigns that drive results.

Your Main Responsibilities:

1. Plan and execute trade marketing strategies across all channels

2. Manage in-store displays, events, and shopper activations

3. Lead product promotions and help improve category performance

4. Monitor budgets and ensure smart spending

5. Work closely with teams across the company to ensure smooth execution

What We’re Looking For:

Education:

• Bachelor’s in Marketing, Business, or related field

• Master’s degree is a plus

Experience:

• 4–6 years in trade, channel, or customer marketing (preferably in FMCG)

• Proven experience with promotional campaigns and store marketing

Skills:

• Strong strategic and analytical thinking

• Great knowledge of retail and FMCG markets

• Excellent coordination and communication abilities
