Job Description:

The role of the Real Estate Agent involves guiding clients through property transactions, including buying, selling, and renting. This includes conducting property viewings and providing market insights to clients. Additionally, the agent will negotiate contracts and close deals between buyers and sellers, staying updated with the latest market trends and new developments.

The Real Estate Agent will also be responsible for actively seeking referrals from satisfied clients to expand the customer base and collaborating with the team to achieve individual and team sales targets.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• A strong knowledge of the Dubai Real Estate Market
• An excellent understanding of the local regulations and laws governing real estate transactions
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• A valid UAE driving license
