Ticket Agent

This is a full-time on-site role for a Ticket Agent at Happiness Way in Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates. The Ticket Agent will be responsible for ticket sales, communication with customers, providing excellent customer service, handling reservations, and driving sales.Should have :IATA, AMADEUS CertificateQualificationsTicket Sales and Sales skills
Communication and Customer Service skills
Experience in handling reservations
Strong interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Previous experience in the travel industry is a plus
Fluency in multiple languages is beneficial
High school diploma or equivalent do a crucial role in providing excellent customer service by assisting customers with booking and managing their travel arrangements. Your responsibilities will involve issuing tickets, processing reservations, and ensuring passengers have a seamless travel experience. Requirements and skillsKeen eye for accuracy when processing tickets and handling customer information.Comfortable using reservation systems, ticketing software’s like Amadeus, Galileo and basic office applications.
