• Review Design drawings, • Carry out detailed value engineering and cost saving analysis on the design drawings and specifications. • Ensure releasing procurement packages • Coordinate with Supplier, Sub-contractors for Engineering submission and ensure the delivery of approved Engineering drawings to site on ahead of scheduled dates. • Engineering Submissions / Proposals – Drawings, Materials, Design and Calculations, Value Engineering Reports, Technical Queries, Method Statements • Ensure obtaining the Engineering approval and completion of Engineering works on time, so as not to impact the site execution. • Leading a team of Structural Engineers, Architects, Draughtsman to deliver the Engineering works Structural, Architectural, ID, Specialist shop drawings, Material approvals to the site team. • Resolve the technical issues arise during construction execution. • Lead the Technical work from Earth breaking, logistics, construction methodology, execution and till the handing over of project. • Ensure correctness and quality of Engineering drawings. • Ensure compliance with project specifications. • Ensure compliance with authority requirements in all Engineering works. Can start working immediatelyHave working experience in super high-rise buildings and construction units in Dubai.Age below 55.Have the experience working in construction company, in highrise project more than 30 floors.
