Requirements Bachelor/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Proven experience (5+ years) as a Business Analyst in the software industry. Experience working with assessment software or in the education technology sector is highly desirable. Proficiency in documenting business processes and functional specifications using tools and techniques such as: o Use Cases o User Stories o Process Flow Diagrams o UML diagrams o Wireframes Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively and effectively within a team. Proficient understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience working in an Agile environment. Preferred: Experience working in EdTech or the Educational sector. Preferred: Candidate based in UAE and Self-Sponsored.
