Strong knowledge of customer service principles and practices.Excellent leadership and team management skills.Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets and driving performance improvement.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to handle and resolve customer complaints effectively.Proficiency in English & Hindi language (written and verbal).
