We’re working with a secondary school in Birmingham to appoint an Unqualified Teacher to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for graduates looking to gain hands-on classroom experience and work toward a career in teaching.

Role Responsibilities
• Deliver pre-planned lessons across a range of subjects
• Maintain engagement and focus in the classroom
• Manage behaviour and foster a positive learning environment
• Support students with classwork and individual progress
• Assist with marking and other classroom tasks as required

Candidate Requirements
• A degree in any subject
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A genuine interest in education and supporting young people
• Confident, adaptable, and proactive in the classroom
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
