Supply Chain and Logistic Executive Bella Vita

Oversee all inward movements of materials in coordination with vendors.

Ensure timely delivery, quality check follow-up, and documentation accuracy.

Coordinate with internal QA/QC and procurement teams.

2. Export & Logistics Management

Manage export shipments, including booking, packing lists, and documentation.

Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs, and shipping lines.

Ensure export compliance and timely dispatch.

3. Inventory & Warehouse Oversight

Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock reconciliation.

Support warehousing team to implement stock control systems.

Assist in cycle counts and physical audits.

Handle visa processing, permits, labor documentation, and other compliance.

Act as liaison with Freezone, customs, and other authorities as needed.

Organize and dispatch samples for overseas customers and local sales team.

Coordinate booth logistics, shipments, and materials for exhibitions or trade fairs.

6. Procurement Support

Support procurement in vendor follow-ups, PO tracking, and documentation.

Assist in vendor onboarding and compliance checklists.

7. Coordination & Documentation

Work closely with AASA’s internal teams for cross-functional coordination.

Maintain comprehensive logs of imports, exports, vendor documents, and PRO files.

Desired Candidate Profile

Experience in logistics, supply chain, or PRO roles.

Working knowledge of import/export documentation and regulatory compliance.

Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.

Familiarity with inventory software and Freezone procedures preferred.
