Job Summary
• Maximum proportion of Job will be calling and sourcing new leads.
• Identify new ways to attract UG& PG Students
• Ensure complete closure of leads brought in by the team.
• Prepare relevant reports about the activities undertaken.
• Receive new applications, follow up to complete the application, review them, make initial decisions, send to faculty for evaluation, and finally reply 
to applicants accordingly
• Ensure maximum number of evaluations / interviews every week.
• Providing counseling services to prospects in-person, email & on the telephone, and responding to queries regarding program structure, duration, costs, specializations to take, etc.
• Ensure swift query responses and immediate profile update on HubSpot.
• Creating and maintaining the agent handbook.
• Coordinating various on / off campus recruitment events
• Ensuring a high level of responsiveness and customer service throughout the enrolment process.
• Managing and participating in Education Fairs including follow-up with attendance, execution and measuring KPIs.
• Representing the University at recruitment expos, events, education fairs & exhibitions in Dubai – GETEX , WORLD QS FAIR, BMI, AGENT EVENTS.
• Work closely with the Supervisors in a collaborative manner.
• Being a brand ambassador for the School.
• Other duties may expand as per the need of the team / School.
