Proven experience as an Operations Director or in a similar roleStrong leadership and management skillsExcellent organizational and time management abilitiesStrong problem-solving and decision-making skillsProficiency in relevant software applications (e.g., ERP systems, project management tools)Strong communication and interpersonal skillsKnowledge of UAE labor laws and regulationsExperience in supply chain management, logistics, or related fieldsAbility to work under pressure and meet tight deadlinesFilipino nationality
