Are you passionate about sports and love being part of a dynamic team? Team Sports Service is a leading sports academy operating football and basketball programs across Dubai, Sharjah, and Abu Dhabi. We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Sports Facility Coordinator to join our team in Abu Dhabi.
• *Position: Sports Facility Coordinator** **Location: Abu Dhabi** **Job Type: Part-Time** **Salary: AED 1500 per month (accommodation and transport not included)**

• *Responsibilities**:

– Coordinate all players’ attendance and ensure smooth operations during training sessions.
– Manage uniform orders and distribution, ensuring that players are properly equipped for their sessions.
– Welcome parents and players upon arrival and provide excellent customer service throughout their experience at the facility.
– Attend to parent feedback and inquiries, addressing any concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
– Follow up on trial classes, assisting potential new players in understanding the programs and services offered.
– Maintain daily communication with the head office, providing updates on facility operations and player engagement.
• *Working Hours**:The role of Sports Facility Coordinator is part-time, requiring your presence during sessions, which mainly take place after school hours and on weekends. The typical session timing during the week is from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm.

• *Requirements**:

– Passion for sports and working with young athletes.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage positively with parents, players, and staff.
– Highly organized and detail-oriented to manage player attendance, uniform logistics, and parent inquiries effectively.
– Ability to handle multiple responsibilities and adapt to dynamic work environments.
– Previous experience in sports management, customer service, or event coordination is advantageous.
