Role Overview:

We are seeking a knowledgeable and enthusiastic Specialty Barista who is passionate about coffee and committed to providing an exceptional customer experience. You will be responsible for crafting unique coffee beverages, educating customers about our offerings, and contributing to a positive team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

– Prepare and serve high-quality specialty coffee beverages with precision and attention to detail.

– Maintain a clean and organized workspace in compliance with health and safety standards.

– Engage with customers to provide recommendations, answer questions, and create a welcoming atmosphere.

– Stay updated on coffee trends and techniques to elevate our beverage offerings.

– Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations and enhance the customer experience.

– Assist in maintaining inventory and ordering supplies as needed.

– Participate in training sessions and continual learning to improve your craft.

Qualifications:

– Previous experience as a barista Minimum Experience 3 Years in a specialty coffee environment is preferred.

– Strong knowledge of coffee origins, brewing methods, and espresso preparation.

– Excellent customer service and communication skills.

– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards.

– A passion for coffee and eagerness to learn and grow in the specialty coffee industry.

– Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.

Contract length: 2 months

Pay: AED2,800.00 – AED3,000.00 per month

Experience:
• Barista: 3 years (Preferred)
