Site Supervisor (Civil) Interior Fit-Out

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

-Supervision & Coordination of Fit-Out / Joinery works at site.
– Take handover of new sites and do the site survey to compare with the drawings. Do complete setting out and inform the project engineer of any discrepancies from the drawing.
– Coordinate Monitoring the execution of works as per the approved drawings.
– Advise and assist subcontractors in the work progress.
– Solve technical issues where ever necessary.
– Controlling subcontractors to ensure they are working as per correct details.
– Maintaining proper housekeeping at site.
– Perform snag checks prior to handover of works.
– Ensuring the works progress as per the approved works program.
– Ensuring the subcontractors’ workmen follow the health & safety requirements at all times.
– Updating the Site Engineer regarding the daily work activities at site.
– Conducting daily Tool Box Meeting at site.

Qualification/Skills

• · A high school diploma or equivalent.
• · Significant experience in turnkey interior fit-out, retail, commercial, residential projects.
• · At least 5 years(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• · Required skill (s): project management, interior design, planning, coordination and supervising.
• · Must have a valid UAE driving license.
