About The Role Site Landscape Inspector: coordinate landscaping construction activities and works to achieve construction in accordance with the contract documents. Site coordination and Inspection. Monitor progress against the accepted construction schedule and review the contractor s progress reports. Assess the progress and inform the PM/RE and the client in case of delays. Review of landscape shop drawings, approving materials submittal & method of statement submitted by the contractor for construction. Attending to Inspection Requests (IR’s) submitted by the contractor and take appropriate action in a timely manner. Review the contractor’s progress reports, material submittals, method statement, and samples submitted to comply with project requirements. Provide final approval to Works, arrange handover, and manage the contract close-out activities. Ensure safety goals are achieved on the project. Fully accountable and responsible for ensuring the Project Safety Plan (PSP) is in place and functioning from the beginning of the project. Check and verify the information in the contractor s daily report, including all the resources (labor, equipment, and materials).
