Site Engineer / Supervisor (Civil, Architectural, or Related Field)

Job Description:

Wajhat Al Shrooq, a dynamic and growing Fit-Out & Building Maintenance company, is seeking a skilled and experienced Engineer to join our team as a Site Supervisor.

The ideal candidate will have a background in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field, with proven experience in supervising fit-out and maintenance projects. Proficiency in AutoCAD and the ability to prepare detailed technical drawings is required. The candidate must be currently based in the UAE and possess at least 3 years of relevant UAE experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage daily site activities for fit-out and maintenance projects
• Prepare, modify, and review technical drawings and layout plans using AutoCAD
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams
• Ensure work is carried out as per project specifications, quality standards, and deadlines
• Perform site inspections and generate progress reports
• Identify and resolve technical issues on-site

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field (attested)
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the UAE in a similar role
• Proficient in AutoCAD and drafting software
• Strong knowledge of fit-out and building maintenance works
• Excellent communication and supervisory skills
• Must be currently residing in the UAE
