Obligations:

• Greet and accompany visitors to their tables.
• Present the menu and provide detailed information when asked (e.g., regarding sections, ingredients, or potential food allergies).
• Prepare tables by setting linens, silverware, and glasses.
• Inform clients about the day’s specials.
• Offer menu recommendations upon request.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders while multitasking various front-of-the-house responsibilities and gather the bills.
• Communicate order information to the Kitchen Staff.
• Serve food and beverage orders.
• Check recipes and cookware for cleanliness and presentation, reporting any issues.
• Arrange table setups and maintain a clean dining area.
• Provide checks and collect payment.
• Carry dirty plates, glasses, and silverware to the kitchen for cleaning.
• Meet with restaurant staff to review daily specials, changes on the menu, and service requirements for reservations (e.g., parties).
• Follow all relevant health department regulations.
• Provide outstanding customer service to guests.

Server: 2 years (Preferred).

Language:

• English (Required).
• Arabic (Optional).
