We’re Hiring: Serve Manager at Score on Davie

Score on Davie is on the lookout for an enthusiastic and driven individual to take on the role of Serve Manager. This hybrid position involves actively serving while also overseeing the room and supporting the front-of-house team.

We’re looking for someone with a minimum of 2 years similar experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has strong leadership skills, and is comfortable managing people and service on the floor in real time.

Key Responsibilities:

– Provide exceptional table service during your shift

– Support and guide the serving team

– Manage the flow of service and guest experience

– Troubleshoot issues as they arise and maintain a positive atmosphere

Availability:
– Evenings and late nights are essential, with a focus on weekend coverage.
