Marsh is seeking an experienced Senior Upstream Energy Risk Engineer to join its team in Dubai. This role involves assessing, mitigating, and managing risks in the upstream energy sector, ensuring clients receive top-tier risk management solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in upstream energy operations, risk evaluation, and loss prevention strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct risk assessments for upstream energy operations.
- Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies.
- Provide technical advice on energy-related insurance policies.
- Support clients in identifying and managing potential hazards.
- Collaborate with underwriters and energy specialists to optimize risk solutions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in upstream energy risk management.
- Strong understanding of energy insurance policies and risk assessment methodologies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
