Engage potential customers through outbound calls, effectively communicating the value proposition of our products and services.Identify customer needs and tailor solutions to meet those needs, ensuring a personalized approach to each interaction.Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, feedback, and follow-ups using our CRM system to optimize the sales process.Train and mentor junior telecalling staff, sharing best practices to enhance overall team performance.Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through effective pipeline management and persistent follow-up.Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for process improvements and enhanced customer engagement. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in telecalling or sales, preferably in a customer service environment.Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights to improve sales strategies.A positive attitude and resilient mindset, capable of handling objections and rejections gracefully.Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure in a fast-paced setting.
