The Role:

As a senior supervisor, your role will include:
• Ensuring consistently excellent guest service is delivered.
• Managing service standards and team development.
• Supervising daily venue opreations in food and beverage
• Enusre all guest enquiries are handled professionally
• Compliance – ensuring we adhere to all company policy and procedures at all times

The Person:

The ideal candidate will have:
• Experience in a similar role.
• Great leadership skills and enjoy working as part of a team in a social environment.
• Availability to work shifts, including evenings and weekends as per business needs.
• Problem solving skills – to idnetify and reslove any issues quickly and efficiently
• Attention to detail – Ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness, service and food safety
• Communication skills – strong ability to communicate with teams, guests bith verbally and written
