Salary: £30,000 – £50,000 + Uncapped Commission + Excellent Benefits

Contract: Full-Time, Permanent

This is an exciting opportunity for a driven recruitment professional with a proven background in education recruitment to take the next step in their career with a well-established and respected brand.

The Role:

As Senior Consultant, you will:
• Take ownership of a warm and well-established desk within the education sector
• Build and maintain strong relationships with schools and education professionals across the Nottinghamshire region
• Use your expertise to match high-quality candidates to the right school environments
• Lead by example and support junior consultants, playing a key role in team success
• Deliver consistent results while upholding the highest standards of compliance and service

About You:
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in education recruitment (essential)
• Proven track record in education recruitment in East Midlands
• Strong billing history and proven client relationship management
• Confident in business development and candidate generation
• Excellent understanding of safeguarding and compliance in education recruitment
• Professional, self-motivated, and passionate about delivering a quality service
