The Security & QHSE Leader is responsible for the development, continuous improvement and adherence to workplace security, health, safety, and environmental policies. This includes conducting risk assessments, developing safety protocols, training employees, safeguarding company assets and ensuring compliance with local and international regulations. The role supports a strong safety culture through close collaboration with management and staff.Desired candidate MUST have prior warehouse experience. 1. Security Management:Develop and implement security policies and procedures to safeguard warehouse assets, inventory, and personnel.Oversee access control, surveillance systems, and security personnel to prevent theft, vandalism, and unauthorized access.2. Risk Management:Conduct regular inspections and risk assessments.Implement strategies to mitigate identified hazards.3. QHSE Management:Develop, review, and enforce QHSE policies aligned with regulations and best practices.Monitor compliance and support audits and inspections.4. Training & Awareness:Deliver HSE training and workshops.Promote awareness of safety and environmental standards.5. Incident Management:Investigate incidents and near misses; identify root causes and corrective actions.Maintain HSE documentation, records, and compliance reports.6. Emergency Preparedness:Develop and lead emergency response plans and drills.Ensure proper response, reporting, and documentation during emergencies.7. Environmental Oversight:Conduct environmental assessments and promote sustainable practices.Ensure compliance with environmental regulations. Qualifications:Bachelor’s in Occupational Health & Safety, Security Management, Environmental Science, or related fieldMinimum 3 years of warehouse experienceCertifications (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHA) preferredStrong knowledge of local HSE standards and regulationsProficient in MS Office and Security / HSE management tools.Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skillsPersonal Attributes:Detail-oriented and proactiveStrong leadership and influence skillsCommitted to building a culture of safety
