Most Urgent Hiring Project Location – Abu Dhabi, UAE.Scaffolders:Assemble and Dismantle Scaffolding:Build, inspect, and dismantle scaffolding structures, ensuring they meet safety and design standards.Work with materials like tubes, planks, and couplers to assemble scaffolds for safe access to elevated areas.Safety Compliance:Ensure that scaffolds are built securely and in compliance with safety regulations.Use safety equipment such as harnesses, helmets, and fall protection systems.Perform regular checks for stability and damage.Load Capacity Monitoring:Ensure that scaffolds are not overloaded and remain stable under the weight of workers, materials, and tools.Inspection and Maintenance:Conduct ongoing inspections and make necessary repairs to scaffolding structures.Skills and Qualities Expected from Laborers:Physical Strength and Stamina: Ability to handle physically demanding tasks and work for extended periods.Attention to Safety: Understanding and adhering to safety protocols.Teamwork: Ability to collaborate with others on the site.Basic Tools and Equipment Knowledge: Familiarity with basic construction tools (hammers, drills, shovels, etc.) and machinery.Problem-Solving: Ability to assist in resolving minor site issues or problems.
