Duties & Responsibilities
Grow and maintain existing client base
Identify emerging markets and build customer-relationships
Ability to understand your clients’ needs and offer them practical and reliable solutions
Frequent travel to existing and potential customer locations within your territory to maintain relationships and demonstrate equipment operation
After-sales customer follow-ups, support, and advice
Product knowledge with continuous learning
Ability to understand and execute corporate goals and direction
Required Skills
A diploma/university degree or similar education in a related field
Previous sales experience
Knowledge of the agricultural and turf industries
Dedicated customer focus and relationship building skills
Ability to enthusiastically promote our sales department, product lines, and dealership
Flexible, organized, and team-driven with excellent interpersonal communication skills
Self-motivated with strong time management skills
Positive and professional with a commitment to excellence
Fluent computer literacy and an understanding of financial principles related to sales department operations
Ability to travel within the territory
Valid driver’s license and clean drivers abstract are required.

Earthworks Equipment Corporation is a locally-owned and operated Saskatoon-based equipment dealership located in a new 30,000 square foot facility with a state-of-the-art service shop in the North end of Saskatoon. Our company currently employs over 50 people.
