We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our growing delivery company based in the UAE.
Key Responsibilities:
• Reach out to and sign contracts with retail shops and businesses that require delivery services (e.g. gift shops, flower shops, electronics stores, etc.).
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Meet monthly targets and contribute to company growth.
Job Requirements:
• Valid UAE driving license.
• Transferable residence visa (secondment allowed).
• Previous experience in the UAE market, especially in sales.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Commitment, responsibility, and goal-oriented mindset.
Compensation & Benefits:
• First Month: If the target is achieved, the representative will receive a fixed salary + commission.
If the target is not achieved, the compensation will be commission-based only (per each successful contract).
• After the 3-month probation period: A work visa, fixed salary, and sales commission will be offered.
Work Location:
Across the UAE (field-based role)
