UWRE Property Brokers is seeking a results-driven and experienced Real Estate Sales Manager to lead our high-performing sales team. This role is crucial in driving sales, managing the team, and achieving business objectives. As a partner company of a real estate developer, you will also play a key role in promoting and selling exclusive in-house projects.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead, mentor, and oversee the sales team, setting targets and providing performance feedback.
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities through networking, prospecting, and referrals.
• Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals.
• Stay updated on real estate market trends and developments.
• Prepare and analyze sales reports to track progress and provide insights to senior management.
• Collaborate with marketing, finance, and other departments to align business strategies.
• Actively market and sell the company’s in-house off-plan projects.
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure outstanding customer service.

Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of experience in real estate sales.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• In-depth knowledge of the local real estate market and industry trends.

Pay: AED3,000.00 – AED6,000.00 per month
