Position Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Manager with a proven track record to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Interior Fit Out and Joinery industry of the UAE market, established relationships, and the drive to exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals.
• Generate opportunities through contacts, networking, and associations.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
• Identify new business opportunities, including identifying new markets and trends.
• Present, promote, and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers.
• Ensure timely delivery of solutions based on customer needs and objectives.
• Analyze the market potential and determine the value of existing and prospective customers.
• Report on sales activities, forecasts, and results.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 4 years of sales experience in the field of Interior Fit Out and Joinery in UAE.
• A valid UAE driving license is essential.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to build rapport, trust, and long-term relationships.
• Demonstrated ability to drive the sales process from planning to closure.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English
