Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets in IT network and security solutions.Identify potential clients through market research and networking, leveraging industry contacts to gain access to decision-makers.Conduct in-depth needs assessments to understand clients’ IT infrastructure requirements and propose tailored solutions.Lead product demonstrations and presentations, showcasing the value and benefits of network and security offerings to prospective clients.Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements, ensuring terms meet both customer satisfaction and company profitability.Stay updated with the latest trends in IT security and network technologies to position company solutions as industry-leading.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and technical support, to deliver comprehensive client solutions. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is essential.A minimum of 3-5 years of sales experience specifically in the IT network and security domain is required.Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a competitive IT environment is a must.Excellent communication and presentation skills are essential for engaging with clients and stakeholders.Strong understanding of networking concepts, firewalls, VPNs, and intrusion detection systems is crucial.Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating leadership when necessary.Fluency in English is mandatory; proficiency in additional languages is a significant advantage.
