We are hiring a Sales Executive with strong sales experience, preferably in the interior design, kitchen equipment, or kitchen ventilation industries.Conduct site visits and client meetings to understand project requirementsPrepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposalsMaintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfactionAchieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targetsIdentify and approach potential clients in the interior fit-out, kitchen equipment, and ventilation sectorsStay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and pricing strategiesCoordinate with internal teams (design, installation, logistics) to ensure smooth project executionHandle negotiations, close deals, and follow up on paymentsMaintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and project updates Experience:Minimum 2 years of proven experience in sales, preferably in interior design, commercial kitchen equipment, or kitchen ventilation systems.Industry Knowledge:Familiarity with the construction, F&B, hospitality, or interior fit-out sectors is a strong advantage.Skills Required:Strong communication and negotiation skillsAbility to build and maintain client relationshipsTarget-driven with a proactive sales approachStrong presentation and proposal writing skillsBasic understanding of technical drawings or kitchen layouts is a plusLanguage Proficiency:Must be fluent in English and Hindi Other Requirements:UAE driving license is mandatoryKnowledge of the UAE market and client baseMust be based in Sharjah or willing to relocate
