Sales Associate

Overview
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in providing excellent customer service, driving sales, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers. As a Sales Associate, you will be the face of our brand, engaging with customers to understand their needs and helping them find the right products.

Duties
• Greet customers warmly and provide assistance with product selection.
• Demonstrate product features and benefits through engaging product demos.
• Handle transactions accurately using POS systems and ensure proper cash handling procedures.
• Maintain knowledge of current promotions, sales, and product information to effectively communicate with customers.
• Manage time efficiently to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Assist in restocking shelves and maintaining store appearance to ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to enhance customer satisfaction.

Skills
• Strong phone etiquette for handling customer calls professionally.
• Proficient in English with excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
• Previous experience in retail sales is preferred but not mandatory.
• Time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively during busy periods.
• Familiarity with POS systems for processing transactions efficiently.
• Experience in cash handling to ensure accuracy in financial transactions.
• Technical sales experience is an advantage for promoting specialized products.
• Basic math skills for calculating discounts, totals, and change accurately.
• Ability to communicate clearly and persuasively with customers about products and services.
• Capability to conduct engaging product demonstrations that highlight features and benefits.
