Conduct comprehensive risk assessments to identify potential hazards and implement effective control measures for occupational safety.Develop and deliver engaging safety training programs to ensure all employees are well-versed in safety protocols and emergency procedures.Industry preferred Construction – Interior Design Implementation Works (Décor), False Ceiling and Partitions InstallationRegularly inspect and audit workplace environments, equipment, and processes to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.Collaborate with management and employees to foster a proactive safety culture, encouraging open communication about safety concerns.Investigate accidents and incidents thoroughly, documenting findings and recommending improvements to prevent future occurrences.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations, standards, and best practices to ensure organizational compliance.Assist in the development and implementation of safety policies and procedures tailored to the specific needs of the organization.Prepare detailed safety reports and presentations for management, highlighting safety performance and areas for improvement.Act as a liaison with regulatory agencies during inspections and audits, ensuring all safety practices meet legal requirements.Promote the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and ensure its proper usage throughout the organization.
