The Position
Responsibilities:
• Represent the company as the first point of contact. Be friendly, helpful, and engaging when providing a one of a kind in-store experience to each customer based on their needs
• Experience with understanding retail operation concepts such as maintaining professional store standards, cash handling, and merchandise presentation
• Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction by being knowledgeable and up to date on all products offered in-store and online
• Ability to work individually or as a team depending on the task at hand
• Contribute to a safe, positive and respectful work environment
• Responsible for shipping and receiving day to day orders
Requirements:
• 1 year of retail experience is required
• Being dependable and showing up to work on time each day
• Conducts oneself in a professional manner
• Completes all tasks in a timely fashion with minimal supervision
• Works well independently and as part of a team
• Passion to keep learning, growing and adapting
• Must be able to work within the hours of 9am-5pm Monday-Friday.
