Retail Banking Officer- Multiproduct

Job Description

A Retail Banking Officer Multiproduct is responsible for promoting and selling a range of banking products and services to individual customers. This role focuses on understanding client needs and offering tailored solutions across multiple banking verticals such as savings accounts, credit cards, personal loans, auto loans, insurance, and investment products. The officer serves as a key point of contact, providing excellent customer service while ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory guidelines.

Responsibilities:

Identify and approach potential customers to promote and cross-sell various retail banking products

Build strong relationships with new and existing clients to understand their financial needs

Meet assigned sales targets for multiproducts including loans, credit cards, and insurance

Conduct needs analysis and present product recommendations aligned with customer requirements

Guide customers through the application and documentation process for each banking product

Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through prompt and professional service

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of banking products, services, and industry trends

Participate in marketing campaigns, product promotions, and community outreach programs

Monitor and follow up on application statuses and customer feedback

Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements during all transactions

Requirements:

Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field

Minimum 1-2 years of experience in retail banking or financial sales

Strong knowledge of retail banking products such as credit cards, personal finance, and deposits

Excellent sales, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

Strong customer service orientation with a professional demeanor

Ability to handle multiple product lines and work under pressure to meet targets

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools

Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus

UAE experience and local market knowledge is advantageous

Positive attitude, high level of initiative, and a team-player mentality
